We require the relevant artwork or information and graphic elements that must appear on the branding area. This would include logos, slogans, images, fonts and contact details. Our design studio will lay out the supplied artwork elements in the allocated branding area on your calendars of choice.

  • Artwork must be supplied in an electronic format. Vector artwork is preferred and is most suitable to use. Artwork    created in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is not acceptable due to low quality resolution and incorrect colour formats.
  • When supplying print-ready artwork ensure all fonts are converted to curves/outlines. For full colour artwork, a CMYK raster file such as a JPEG, TIFF or Photoshop file with a minimum resolution of 300dpi at the required physical size can be used for full colour overprints. (72dpi Internet images are not acceptable)
  • Artwork may be supplied in one of the following applications or file formats:

  • A CMYK colour breakdown or a Pantone reference number as well as a colour sample must be supplied to ensure      corporate identities can be accurately matched. A proof will be emailed for final approval before printing will commence. This will enable the client to check the artwork thoroughly and correct any mistakes beforehand.

  • It is the responsibility of the client to carefully review the proof and ensure all content and elements are correct before going to print. We cannot be held liable for any incorrect information once a proof has been approved and signed off.

  • As always, we are committed to producing high quality products while providing excellent service to our valued clients, however, in order for us to produce nothing less than the best quality, our lead time is between 3 - 6 weeks from the date of final proof sign-off to manufacture and deliver. To ensure prompt delivery and calendars are received by the required date, it is advisable to place orders timeously to avoid disappointment. Late orders run a risk of stock shortages and/or late delivery.
